Q: How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?
A: You will be emailed a confirmation of the order immediately after it is placed.
Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: You can check the tracking of your order in My Account or within the email you are sent when your items ship.

Q: Where can I find my login details if forgotten?
A: You can retrieve these details from the My Account page.
Forgotten password: enter your login name and email address and we will send you your password hint via email.
Forgotten user ID: Enter the email address associated with your customer account. Hit the "remind me" button below, and we will email you a list of valid usernames.

A: Our shipping times are as such;
Standard Shipping- Orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your order regardless of the time the order is placed.
- Orders placed using this ship method will arrive in 8 business days or less.
- Standard Shipping orders are delivered by either UPS or Canada Post depending upon shipment weight and order amount.
