First, sizing was wrong (chart converting Eur sizing to NA sizing was off by 1), then rather than just returning them (I live 30 mins from their site) I had to pay for shipping both ways (which I would have been ok with if I could have replaced them for a size bigger but they were sold out)…not a good Christmas present experience. Originally thinking I could just use a credit for their other ‘business’ (Golf Anything…which I have purchased many items from in the past and extremely happy with)? Nope. Then sent a note to founder hoping for a reply (not expecting anything…just reflecting on my experience)…crickets. Long story short, no comment on product…horrible customer experience.
